Robert Driscoll has teamed with Cindy Frymire and created a team of agents called The Driscoll~Frymire Real Estate Group Rob has been a licenesed Realtor for almost 20 years and is knowledagble in all facets of real estate. He has specialized in marketing extraordinary properties. He has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for luxury homebuilders including Bob Meyer Communities and Bentley Homes. As a Broker Associate, he currently represents several home builders, including Travarelli Builders. The Driscoll~Frymire Real Estate Group has received numerous awards for outstanding sales performance. They were recognized by Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc. as Top Producers in 2005 and 2006 and are the Top Agents in their region in sales volume for 2006. Rob has served two terms as President of the Sales and Marketing Council for the Builders League of South Jersey. Rob has extensive knowledge in renovation and design having completed several restorations of historic brownstones in Philadelphia. His vast marketing background coupled with his design and construction knowledge serves his clients well. Joe is a member of the Driscoll ~ Frymire team, bringing valuable experience as both a rental and sales agent in the South Jersey area.
With a background in construction, Joe is uniquely qualified to determine the value of a home along with cost of improvement. As a developer and investor himself, Joe has experience “crunching the numbers” whether you are a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor.
Prior to his transition into Real Estate, Joe served with the United States Navy in various capacities, supporting the President, managing and working on various overseas construction projects, and furthering his education.
Tours of duty include: Naval Support Facility, Camp David, Thurmont, MD, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, Pt Hueneme CA, and Naval Personnel Command, Millington, TN, and US Central Command, Qatar.
Joe’s personal accomplishments include receiving numerous awards and citations including, the Presidential Service Badge, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Joint Service Achievement Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Medal, two Navy Achievement Medals, and the Seabee Combat Warfare designator. Joe is currently attending Drexel University part-time in pursuit of his Bachelors of Science degree.
